What areas do you service?
We serve Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Rochester Hills, and all of Macomb County. Outside those areas? Give us a call—we may still be able to fit you into a nearby route.
Do I need to be home when you clean my yard?
Nope! As long as we can safely access your yard, you don’t need to be home. Just make sure your gate is unlocked so that your yard can be accessible to our technician.
How often can you come to scoop my yard?
We offer weekly, twice-weekly, and one-time cleanups. Choose the schedule that works best for your dogs, your yard, and your budget.

Your first visit may cost a little more if there’s a larger buildup to clear. We’ll always let you know the price upfront—no surprises.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my recurring service?
Absolutely! Just give us advance notice, and we’ll gladly pause, skip, or cancel your service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for quick, easy, hassle-free payment.
What happens if my gate is locked or my dog is outside during service?
Please make sure your gate is unlocked before we arrive. Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard while we work (we love dogs!). If we can’t access the yard, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Do you sanitize your tools between properties?
Yes! We sanitize our tools between properties using Virkon S, a professional-grade disinfectant used in animal-care settings.
What happens if it rains, snows, or the weather is bad?
We work in most weather. If conditions are unsafe or prevent us from providing a quality cleanup, we’ll reschedule your visit as soon as possible.
Can you service my yard if there is snow, leaves, tall grass, or other debris?
Yes, we’ll do our best! Heavy snow, tall grass, or excessive debris can make waste difficult to spot, but we’ll always provide the best cleanup possible.
How will I know when my yard has been serviced?
We’ll send a completion photo showing the double-bagged waste and your locked gate, so you know your cleanup is done and your yard is secure.
